So Beauty OS accepts requests to delete personal information associated with its merchant accounts, AI receptionist workflows, and WhatsApp or Meta conversations.

How to request deletion

1. Submit a data deletion request and state that you request deletion.
2. Provide enough information to identify your account or the relevant conversation, without sending passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Respond to any reasonable verification needed to protect the information from an unauthorised request.

What happens next

We will review the request, communicate any information needed to process it, and provide confirmation when the request has been handled. Information that must lawfully be kept or is needed to protect legitimate rights may be treated according to the applicable obligation rather than an unsupported fixed retention period.
